技術資料

樹脂類型：矽基結晶樹脂

建議單層乾膜厚度：12.5 - 25 微米 (μ)

實際涵蓋範圍：建議厚度下，每罐約可噴塗 0.6 - 0.9 平方公尺

乾燥時間（於 21-27°C 及 50% 相對濕度下）：觸乾需 30 分鐘；可觸碰操作需 1-2 小時

重塗時間： 1小時後的任何時間皆可進行重塗

使用方式

請在戶外或通風良好的區域使用。建議在溫度介於 10°C 至 32°C 之間且濕度低於 85% 的情況下使用，以確保漆面能正常乾燥。徹底清潔表面，確實去除所有污垢、油脂、鹽分及化學污染物。用清水沖洗並讓其徹底乾燥；針對鬆動的油漆與鐵鏽，請使用鋼絲刷或砂紙去除。打開上蓋搖晃噴漆當聽到罐內攪拌球發出喀喀聲後，請用力搖晃噴漆罐一分鐘。將噴漆罐保持直立，距離表面約 20-30 公分，以穩定來回移動的方式噴塗，每道漆可稍微重疊。噴塗時請保持罐身移動，相隔幾分鐘薄塗2層或更多層，以避免漆料垂流。

注意事項

本產品需經過高溫固化程序完整發揮功效，

噴漆乾燥1-2小時後，必須進行高溫固化以增加耐久性。

車外零件烘烤法：以 121°C 烘烤 30 分鐘後冷卻 30 分鐘。接著以 204°C 烘烤 30 分鐘並冷卻 30 分鐘。最後以 315°C 烘烤 30 分鐘再冷卻 30 分鐘。在初期加熱固化時，物品可能會散發出煙霧與無害氣味，此為正常現象。

警告標示

若不慎誤食，請立即就醫；避免接觸眼睛與皮膚；若不慎接觸，請立即用大量清水沖洗；建議在通風良好的環境下使用；請放置於兒童無法取得之處；請勿使用於直接接觸火焰的金屬表面；請勿在明火附近使用；如果攪拌球無法發出聲音，請絕對不要敲擊罐身。如果閥門堵塞，請扭轉並拔下噴嘴，在溶劑中沖洗，請勿將任何物體插入罐閥開口中。
