用途
玻璃平面划痕、雨刷痕、油膜等瑕疵的修復拋光。

套組內容物
1. PE-925VS變速手磨機：1台  (附3吋黏扣頭一個)

2. 3吋玻璃磨片 #1, #2, #3：各一片

3. 玻璃拋光膏100g：1罐

4. 3吋羊毛氈拋光片：1片

5. 350ML噴水壺：1個

施作方式
＊以下是簡易文字說明，套組中會隨附詳細說明書及使用影片*
【施工前面層確認】

 1. 將不需研磨拋光的區域做好防濺保護(建議使用養生膠帶)。

 2. 將減震黏扣頭裝於研磨機牙軸上，機器轉速旋鈕調至「1」待啟動。玻璃研磨拋光，都使用轉速「1」來作業。

【作業流程】

 1. 粗磨－使用#1玻璃磨片，乾磨不加水

 2. 中磨－使用#2玻璃磨片，乾磨不加水

 3. 精磨－使用#玻璃磨片，乾磨不加水

 4. 起亮拋光－使用玻璃拋光膏和羊毛氈拋光片，噴水濕拋

【注意事項】

 1. 機器使用前，請詳閱隨附之安全使用手冊。

 2. 使用磨片乾磨時

(1)  應配戴口罩，避免吸入玻璃粉屑。

(2)  持穩輕壓手磨機即可，不可重壓機器。

(3)  要隨時注意玻璃板面溫度，避免溫度過高導致玻璃過熱破裂。若板面溫度較高時，請暫停作業並空冷降溫，不可噴水降溫。

(4)  後一道磨片的研磨面積要比前一道稍大一些。且要目視檢查確認前一道磨痕完全去除，再進行下一個步驟。

(5)  須適時停機，檢查磨片表面是否有過量玻璃粉屑卡在上面。若有，請用刷子或不要的牙刷清除後，再繼續作業。

 3. 拋光過程中，玻璃研磨面務必適時噴水保持濕潤，不可乾拋。

 4. 作業前，建議先在1片不要的玻璃上測試練習。

 5. 本產品只限於處理玻璃平面划痕、雨刷痕、水垢印痕、油膜等瑕疵。其他嚴重酸蝕、燙傷、凹洞等，建議另洽專業人員處理。
